My girlfriend is from Middletown CT and she says that CT has the best pizza. Well I would like to say she thinks the Foundry has the best pizza in Florida. That's says a lot coming from this lady because she stands by her CT pizza. I was highly impressed and we will be going back tonight to celebrate our anniversary. The pizza is that good!

My friend and I decided to have brunch at the Foundry. Let me just say we will definitely be coming back. The breakfast pizza was sinfully delicious. The sticky buns & the coffee & doughnut took the experience to another level. The customer service was excellent. The ambiance very relax and mellow. One of the best brunch I've had in a while.

I wish I could give another star. The atmosphere is a hip, city loft like vibe. Our waiter was nice and attentive. But the extra star would be for my meal. I got the Beef Bolognese.
